- Understand, clarify and document the division of responsibility and ownership between the TRRC and the other governing committees and commissions within the sport.
- Work with these other bodies to streamline and simplify processes and administration across the sport.
- To strive to meet the requirements and concerns of our membership and to be seen to be adding value to rowers, clubs and events in the regions

- A reduction in confusion; duplication and complexity in how the sport is run
