Equipment Hire
TRRC has a stock of radios, megaphones and other equipment that is available for hire by Regatta and Head Race Organisers. The equipment is available for use at any rowing event, although priority will be given to Thames Region events. The hirer is responsible for arranging collection and return of the equipment.

Payment terms for the hire of equipment
Terms for the hire of equipment are 7 (seven) days from the date of the invoice (Cheques to be made payable to Thames Regional Rowing Council).
NOTE. Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at the following rates:
- Radio base station at £ 300
- Handheld radios at £ 200 each (batteries £ 40 each)
- Headsets at £ 50 each
- Megaphones at £ 100 each
- Hand bells at £ 40 each
- Flags at £ 10 each
- Finish horn at £ 200
- Mobile phones at £ 50 each
What else is needed?
TRRC is ready to invest in additional equipment, provided there is a regular requirement. If you can think of anything else that would be useful for your event please let Richard Packer know and he can look into the feasibility of stocking them.
